Highway 191 follows the Hoback River through the Hoback River. RATING (1-10) OVERALL 7/10: The Mile is fishing well in certain stretches and absolutely dead in others. Fortunately, we are located in one of the best spots for trout fishing in Wyoming on the banks of The North Platte River.
